US President Barack Obama’s sister Auma has said time has come for her to get her brother back.
In her twitter handle on Friday Auma said: “What a send off! The time has come. And I get my brother back. But not without mixed feelings.”
Obama will leave the White House on January 20 when President-elect Donald Trump will officially take his oath of office.
Obama sister said she was sad that Obama still had much to do at the end of his term.
“…I have pride for all he achieved but also sadness that still so much is left to do,” she wrote.
“Not on a single day of the eight years did he let up on his commitment to serve his country and that against and despite all odds.”
Auma thanked everybody who made it possible for the outgoing President to excel.
